
Guide for Authors
1. Language
The journal accepts original manuscripts in Arabic, English, and Turkish.
2. Manuscript Formatting Requirements
To facilitate the review and publication process, authors are requested to prepare their manuscript (Word format) according to the following specifications:
- Font:
- For Arabic manuscripts: Sakkal Majalla, size 14 for the main text and 14 Bold for headings.
- For English manuscripts: Times New Roman, size 14 for the main text and 14 Bold for headings.
- Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides, with single line spacing.
- Word Count: It is recommended that manuscripts do not exceed 8,000 words, including references and appendices.
3. Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should include the following components in the order listed below:
- Title Page: In both Arabic and English (submitted as a separate file to ensure blind review), including the title, author(s) name(s), academic degree(s), university/institution/affiliation, and email address.
- Abstract: In both Arabic and English, between 200–250 words, including the objective, methodology, main findings, and recommendations.
- Keywords: Four to six keywords reflecting the topic and content of the manuscript.
- Methodological Introduction: Including significance, objectives, research questions, problem statement, detailed description of the population and sample, data collection instruments, and statistical methods.
- Literature Review: A recent and critical review of relevant studies.
- Results and Discussion: Presentation and discussion of the findings.
- Recommendations and Conclusion.
- References: Prepared according to APA style.
- Appendices.
4. Publication Ethics Policies
- Originality: The similarity index must not exceed the journal’s permitted threshold (less than 15%).
- Declaration: Authors must confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal during the review process.
- Copyright: Upon acceptance, copyright is transferred to the journal while authors retain their moral rights.
5. Online Submission Process (OJS)
- Registration: Create an account at: [Register].
- Access: [Manuscript Submission].
- Upload Two Separate Files:
- File 1: Title page (author information).
- File 2: Complete manuscript (without any identifying author information).
- Accurately complete all author information within the system.
6. Stages of the Peer-Review Process
- Administrative Screening: (1–7 days) to verify compliance with formatting requirements.
- Peer Review: (4–5 weeks) the manuscript is evaluated by at least two reviewers.
- Final Decision: The author is notified of acceptance, conditional acceptance with revisions, or rejection.
7. Factors Supporting Faster Acceptance
- Relevance to the journal’s scope.
- High-quality translation and linguistic accuracy.
- Use of recent and up-to-date references.
