Abstract

This study aims to identify the most important epistemological and pedagogical foundations for integrating family values into educational curricula. It has become imperative to integrate these values into the educational system, given the centrality of the Muslim family in building Muslim society

Among the most important of these principles, the study stated, are: preserving and adhering to original concepts, as they are the bearers of family values; clarity of moral and ethical discourse in educational curricula, which does not accept ambiguity in this context to please foreign parties; and a reminder of the principle of the constancy of Islamic family values, based on their foundation in the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah.

As for the most important pedagogical foundations, the study stated: the necessity of a sound didactic transmission of family values during their teaching, construction, and education to learners. Then, it is necessary to consider the transversal extension of family values throughout the educational curriculum as a whole, while adopting active pedagogical approaches to transmit and consolidate family values. This will not be achieved without adopting an
integrated educational engineering that takes into account the cognitive and moral requirements of the teacher's personality
